The Duo-Spore® Biological Indicator Test with Culture Service is a reliable and compliant method for monitoring steam, ethylene oxide, and dry heat sterilization cycles in clinical and non-clinical settings. These test strips, prepared from Geobacillus stearothermophilus and Bacillus atrophaeus, come in a test envelope containing two test strips and one control strip in two color-separated pouches. The D-values and Survival/Kill performance data comply with U.S. Pharmacopeia requirements
