The V20 Air Plasma Sterilizer is the largest and most efficient Air Plasma Sterilizer available, designed for maximum throughput and lower cost per instrument. It sterilizes at least 3× more instruments than the V10 in the same time while maintaining gentle low-temperature and low-pressure conditions for delicate, heat-sensitive devices. Developed by Plasma Bionics LLC, the system uses non-thermal (cold) plasma generated from air and electricity to create highly reactive oxygen and nitrogen species that rapidly destroy microorganisms on instrument surfaces. With no chemical consumables, no harmful byproducts, and no exterior ventilation required, sterilant gases are converted back into clean air for a safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly sterilization process.
