Returns & Exchange Policy
Duraline Systems retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned. In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Duraline Systems. Please email [email protected] for the Return Authorization Form or call 1-877-561-0500 (7AM-5PM, EST, Monday through Friday).
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of invoice date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Duraline’s products are backed by a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Duraline will give you full credit in exchange for a different product. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges incurred.
