The Enbio Pro 4.0 is a compact Class B pre- and post-vacuum steam sterilizer engineered for dental, medical, surgical, veterinary, and specialty healthcare practices requiring greater capacity without increasing countertop space. Designed in Switzerland and FDA-cleared for healthcare use, the Enbio Pro processes up to 16 pouches, diagnostic sets, handpieces, implant cassettes, and surgical cassettes in a single load. Its patented die-cast aluminum chamber, integrated heating system, and heavy-duty vacuum pump help deliver rapid sterilization cycles with complete drying while maintaining consistent performance and reliability.

Process times from start-to-end including dry time:
  • FAST Unwrapped 134°C / 273°F - 9 minutes
  • Class B Wrapped 134°C / 273°F - 15 minutes
  • Class B Wrapped 121°C / 250°F - 45 minutes

Yes. As a Class B vacuum sterilizer, the Enbio Pro is designed to sterilize wrapped instruments, hollow instruments, handpieces, implant kits, and surgical cassettes that require pre- and post-vacuum steam sterilization.

Q: Does the Enbio Pro require plumbing?

No. The Enbio Pro operates using external water and condensate containers, allowing installation without dedicated plumbing. Two waste bottles are required and sold separately.
